Follow these simple steps to install the Trader Emotion Tracker extension
Click the button below to download emotion-tracker-extension.zip to your computer.
Locate the downloaded file in your Downloads folder. Right-click and select 'Extract All' (Windows) or double-click (Mac). Remember the location of the extracted folder.
Open Chrome browser and type chrome://extensions in the address bar, then press Enter. Or go to Menu (⋮) → More Tools → Extensions.
Look for 'Developer mode' toggle in the top-right corner of the extensions page. Turn it ON (it should be blue/enabled).
Click 'Load unpacked' button. Navigate to the extracted folder from Step 2. Select the folder and click 'Select Folder'.
The extension icon should appear in your Chrome toolbar. Click the icon to open the tracker. Allow camera access when prompted. You're ready to trade with emotion tracking!
Refresh the extensions page (chrome://extensions) and check if the extension is enabled.
Check Chrome permissions: Settings → Privacy and Security → Site Settings → Camera. Make sure Chrome has camera access.
This is normal for manually installed extensions. Click 'More info' → 'Run anyway' to proceed.
Make sure you selected the correct folder (the one containing manifest.json). Try reloading the extension.
